The issue of electing a judge of the Civil Chamber of the Cassation Court is being discussed at the session of the National Assembly of Armenia on October 22.
Three candidates are running for the vacant position: Gurgen Malkhasyan, Vigen Kocharyan and Atom Hayrapetyan. These candidates were submitted to the NA for consideration by the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic.
