Azerbaijan not only used the blockade of Artsakh as a weapon but also prepared aggression against Artsakh at the time.
With the political sanction of the Armenian authorities and the “blind eye” of international actors, an attack was carried out on Artsakh, and then a new genocide was committed against our people.
This is the old and new world order and its “laws of the jungle.”
