In an interview with Channel One, Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov said that Moscow and Washington congratulated each other on Victory Day.
“Through their aides, the Russian President and President Trump exchanged congratulations on the occasion of our common holiday. Warm words. Mutual congratulations on our common holiday, our great holiday,” Ushakov explained.
