The first two reports on apartment thefts were received by the Armavir Regional Department of the Criminal Police on May 29. According to the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, both were committed in the village of Ptghunk, Armavir region, when the residents participating in the wedding ceremony were away from home. In both cases, they opened the window of the private house with an adapted tool and stole gold and money from the bedrooms. While the criminal police were taking operative and investigative measures, another such case was registered on June 14. This time, taking advantage of the absence of residents participating in the dedication ceremony, they opened the window of one of Etchmiadzin's private houses and stole gold jewelry. In all three cases, criminal proceedings were initiated in the Armavir Regional Investigation Department, and the hypothesis that the person or persons acting in all cases was the same was confirmed later. As a result of the joint large-scale measures of the main department of the criminal police and the officers of the regional department of Armavir, it was found out that the 48-year-old resident of Nor Armavir village committed all three burglaries. He was detained. Measures are being taken to detect the theft and find out all the circumstances of the incident.
