In Armenia, the requirement to conclude and settle labor contracts exclusively digitally has been postponed

Signing, amending and resolving employment contracts exclusively digitally will become mandatory from July 1, 2027. The relevant decision was adopted at the September 17 session of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Until then, it will be possible to conclude labor contracts in digital format on a voluntary basis. The mandatory requirement to digitally review existing employment contracts has been postponed until June 30, 2028.
