There are certain problems related to the detention of Robert Kocharyan, the second president of Armenia, in the penitentiary. His lawyer Aram Orbelyan stated this in a conversation with journalists. He was held responsible for fulfilling his constitutional duties," Orbelyan stated, adding that if he refused to sign, he would be charged with obstructing the activities of another body. According to Orbelyan, at the same time, the economic part of the accusation ignores the fact that 20 years have passed and the prices of land and real estate have changed significantly.
