Ruben Rubinyan and EPP General Secretary discussed the development of Armenia-EU institutional relations

On September 24, the Chairman of the RA National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan received the delegation led by the Secretary General of the European People's Party (EPP) Dolores Montserrat.
