The co-pilot of "Flydubai" airline, who tried to hijack a passenger plane last week, planned to crash it at the Israeli airport. This is reported by "Reuters". During the interrogation of the UAE law enforcement officers, the pilot admitted that he intended to hit the Ben Gurion airport near Tel Aviv with the plane. According to sources familiar with the course of the investigation, the man had developed this program even before he started working at "flydubai". He was purposefully looking for a job in the very airlines that operate regular flights to Israel. It also turned out that at the beginning of this year, the pilot had already made a flight to Tel Aviv and that's when he planned to hijack and destroy the plane, but changed his mind at the last moment. "Reuters" notes that the exact reason for the change of decision is not yet known, but among the passengers of that flight there was someone with whom the criminal was personally acquainted.
