The President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Armenia Peter Pirunchik on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Czech Republic. The president congratulated the ambassador and through him, the people and authorities of the Czech Republic, wishing peace, prosperity and progress. President Khachaturyan noted that the friendly relations formed between Armenia and the Czech Republic continue to develop, including new areas of mutual interest. Ambassador Pirunchik thanked for the reception and good wishes, emphasizing the readiness of the Czech Republic to deepen the cooperation with Armenia. During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral relations, the possibilities of expanding cooperation in various fields, as well as the cooperation between Armenia and the Czech Republic within the framework of the European Union.
