The White House left CNN out of the journalist group that was supposed to accompany US President Donald Trump on his visit to Texas and Oklahoma on Thursday, NBC reports. In the schedule published by the White House on Sunday, CNN was included in the list of media outlets accompanying Trump. However, the TV channel was no longer in the work program distributed later. CNN representative Emily Kuhn confirmed the fact that the channel was excluded from the group of journalists, but refrained from additional comments. The decision comes just days after a federal judge blocked the Trump administration's attempt to block CNN, MS NOW and Politico from entering the White House. That decision of the court refers only to the access of the media to the premises of the White House. Earlier, the White House again banned CNN from boarding the presidential Air Force One plane during Trump's trip to Tennessee, although the channel had previously been included in the group of reporters.
