According to the local "Аспекты" channel, at least three ATS were shot down in Ufa at night. The city's industrial zone, where three large oil refineries with a total capacity of 23.5 million tons per year are located, was targeted by UAVs for the last time on the morning of September 21. Samara was also attacked at night. Residents reported loud explosions in the sky of the region. Ukrainian sources write about the fire that broke out in the area of ​​Rosneft's Kuibyshev refinery (with 7 million tons of raw materials per year), which was also targeted on September 22. According to "Supernova", the reservoir damaged yesterday is burning. On Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev's page, one of the users confirmed that the Kuibyshev factory is on fire. According to the user, there were no alarm signals at the time of the attack. "There was only rumbling and the factory fire." The Kuibyshev refinery, which also caught fire during the previous attack, processed 4.7 million tons of petroleum products in 2024, producing gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil. The plant was also targeted in June 2026, after which it temporarily halted processing. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that last night 514 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones were shot down by anti-aircraft and air defense systems over the waters of 18 Russian regions, Crimea, as well as the Azov and Black Seas.
