He called conversations about the need for severe restrictions in the industry an “almost conspiracy” that he believes could give China an edge. The American leader has stated that robots and artificial intelligence will not take over the world. At the same time, he acknowledged the need for a careful approach to the development of technology, but opposed suspending the work of the sector for years in order to develop additional constraints.
