The forcibly displaced Armenian from Artsakh is not just a person who has changed his place of residence. He is a person who left his home, his creation, his memories and a whole world of life. He had to start a new life, losing everything he had worked for for years. . Hakob Hakobyan, the co-chair of the Artsakh "Ardarutyun" party, wrote about this on his Facebook page. "These authorities should be asked simple but vital questions. where is the long-term policy that will provide people with stable housing, work and a decent life? Who will be responsible for the families who continue to live in uncertainty? Where are the clear objectives, measurable results and public accountability? If the state does not distinguish between ordinary social difficulties and the deep problems caused by forced displacement, its policies risk turning into formalities instead of offering real solutions. These authorities are obliged to consider Artsakh Armenians as a special target group of social policy. This is not labeling, but responsibility. This means accepting that the needs of these people require a special approach, long-term guarantees and clear state obligations. The Artsakh Armenian should not have to prove every day that his losses are real, his problems are urgent, and his demand for a dignified life is legitimate. He does not ask for mercy. He demands the opportunity to live, work, have his own roof and build his children's future without constant uncertainty until the possibility of returning to his historical cradle is realized. Social protection of Artsakh Armenians is not a manifestation of good will. It is the responsibility of the state, the issue of human dignity and social justice," he wrote.
