Russia will not finance Armenia's European integration. Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu announced at the session of the chairmanship of the Scientific Expert Council of the Security Council. "The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimir Putin, has formulated our position in this matter quite clearly. Yerevan should decide on its external vector and hold a referendum on joining the EU or staying in the EAEU. I want to emphasize that Russia is not ready and will not finance Armenian European integration, and every step in this direction will have its objective consequences," Shoigu noted.
