On September 11, another attack on the church took place in Ararat region. On that day, around 3:20 p.m., 44-year-old Gegham N., a resident of Ararat Marz, alerted the Artashat Department of the Community Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that an unknown person or persons were in the village of Nerkin Dvin. Gegham N. informed the community police officer of the Artashat police department who arrived at the scene that on September 10 from 7:30 p.m. to September 11 at 2:30 p.m., an unknown person or persons entered the "Surb Harutyun" church of Nerkin Dvin village. The treasury of the church was stolen. He also informed that the entrance door and windows of the church were not damaged. Gegham N. told the police that he is the spiritual pastor of the mentioned church. On the fact of the incident, documents were prepared in the Artashat department of the police, which were transferred to the Ararat regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.
