As part of her visit to the Republic of Armenia, the Queen of Spain, Her Majesty Sofia, accompanied by the minister of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Zhanna Andreasyan, visited the pagan temple of Garni and the natural monument "Symphony of Stones". This was reported by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The Queen of Spain toured the territory of the Garni Cathedral, got acquainted with the history and significance of the unique monument of the Hellenistic architecture of Armenia. His Majesty was also a natural monument to the Symphony of Stones in its territory, which is included in the list of specially protected natural areas of RA. Let us remind that the visit of Queen Sofia of Spain to Armenia will continue until October 29. His Majesty will participate in the solemn ceremony of awarding the Prince Talal International Human Development Award, as well as in events aimed at strengthening friendly ties between Armenia and Spain.
