The National Assembly ratified the Charter of the Peace Council at the session of October 28. The project was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan. It was unanimously approved with 90 "for" votes, 8 MPs abstained. Armenia signed the Charter of the Peace Council on January 22, 2026.
