Some CSO deputies complain that it was cold when they “went to the blackboard” at school. They need to be reminded of something simple. For example, during Serzh Sargsyan's rule, the state ensured that children could go to school and university, study, get an education and “go to the blackboard” not only in the Republic of Armenia, but also in Artsakh. Today, as a result of the grave failures of your years in power, we have gone through war, great human losses, and complete deprivation of Artsakh. Therefore, before talking about “going to the blackboard”, it is worth remembering the most important thing: today there is no longer an Armenian student in Artsakh who can go to that blackboard. This is no longer a matter of school temperature, but of public administration and political responsibility.
