Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was present at the official opening ceremony of the issuance of new biometric documents, the opening of the "Yerevan Mall" office of the "HayPass" company. Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan and head of "HayPass" company Regis Bouchier cut the symbolic ribbon, signaling the start of the office's activities. Then the Prime Minister, the Minister of Internal Affairs and the attendees toured the office. Arpine Sargsyan presented the procedures for collecting biometric data and providing documents, the organization of service and the conditions created for citizens. Nikol Pashinyan personally participated in the process of obtaining new documents, providing the necessary biometric data. The direct participation of the Prime Minister made it possible to get acquainted with the stages of service from a citizen's point of view and to evaluate the clarity and comfort of the procedures. The citizen will evaluate the efficiency of the new system with his own experience, taking into account the simplicity of the application procedures, the convenience of service and the quality of the service received.
