The court has not overcome the diplomatic immunity of Yuri Khachaturov, his lawyer Mihran Poghosyan said at the hearing of the Anti-Corruption Court on September 18. He recalled that the prosecution, as now represented by the court, is a continuation of the criminal prosecution initiated in July 2018. Thus, the international diplomatic immunity against Yuri Khachaturov, who was the CSTO Secretary General at the time, was not overcome.
