Yerevan "raiders" those Armenian enterprises in which Russia has invested billions of dollars. This was announced by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu at the session of the Scientific Expert Council of the Russian Federation. He reminded that in the 1990s, Russia saved Armenia from economic and energy collapse, and during the ten years of its membership in EAEU, Armenia's economy grew almost three times. Meanwhile, the current authorities have adopted a policy of severing ties with Russia and strengthening cooperation with the West. "An unfriendly attitude and open double standards are applied to Russian businesses operating in Armenia. What is happening to the enterprises and entire sectors in which Russia has invested billions, it is difficult to call it anything other than a "raider seizure", Shoigu noted. According to the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, along with all that, Yerevan puts forward "clearly absurd" arguments. "For example, if the Russian management of Armenian railways continues, Armenia loses the opportunity to integrate into international railway networks," Shoigu said.
