It is not surprising that the prime minister justifies violence in the body politic. Doctor of Law, Professor Artur Ghambaryan wrote about this on his Facebook page. In particular, he noted: "Simply, today's events should be understood in the context of preparatory steps to break the will of the opposition, intimidate them and force them to vote in favor of the new Constitution. It is no coincidence that the next threat was also published today: if the opposition does not vote in favor of the constitutional referendum, then the government will organize demonstrations in front of the National Assembly. Perhaps the "iron curtains" of the National Assembly will be opened in front of the crowd. Today, on October 29, a fight took place between CP and "Strong Armenia" deputies. From the beginning, the situation was strained by Taron Chakhoyan, a member of the CP, during his speech, a fight of tongues started in the parliament. The language fight turned into a real fight. NA Deputy Speaker Vahagn Aleksanyan threw a chair in the direction of the opposition. "Strong Armenia" deputy Andranik Gevorgyan's nose was bleeding, Ruben Mkhitaryan's clothes were torn. An ambulance arrived at the parliament. Rubinyan, whose direct responsibility was to ensure order in the National Assembly hall, at first watched the fight silently for a few minutes, after which he only announced a break by inviting the security personnel inside.
