The situation related to the ban on the entry of some Armenian deputies to Russia is unclear. On October 28, Vahagn Aleksanyan, representative of the ruling "Civil Agreement" faction, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, announced this in a conversation with journalists. "There is a need for at least an additional and detailed discussion to understand what happened," he added. Aleksanyan clarified that he did not manage to communicate with his Russian colleague.
