The National Assembly elected the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration and Environmental Protection

On September 17, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration and Environmental Protection of the National Assembly was elected in Yerevan. According to the quota, the position belongs to the opposition Strong Armenia faction, which nominated MP Ruben Mkhitaryan. As a result of the closed, secret ballot, 53 MPs voted for his candidacy and 36 voted against it.
