The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the destruction of two American LUCAS drones in the skies of Bender Khamir in southern Iran. This is reported by the Tasnim Agency, citing the regional unit of the IRGC in Hormozgan Province. According tothe report, unmanned aerial vehicles hit the IRGC air defense units operating within the framework of Iran's unified air defense system. This announcement was followed by reports of a series of incidents involving American drones in air and water areas of Iran. On Monday evening, the IRGC reported the destruction of two AmericanMQM-170 reconnaissance drones south of Cashmere Island. Accordingto the Iranian side, they were removed from line by modern means of radio-electronic combat used by the IRGC's aerospace forces.
